Minneapolis New Home

This beautiful Minneapolis New Home designed by Jalin Design was placed on one of the few remaining empty lots in south Minneapolis.  The traditional detailing and scale of this 3700 square foot home’s exterior helps it blend easily into the existing surrounding neighborhood.  Working with Vujovich Designer Beth Malmberg, the homeowner’s use of turquoise as an accent color throughout the interior of the home was inspired by the House of Turquoise blog page. You have to love the open bright spaces, the many built-ins and great use of color.  This Minneapolis New Home is located a short walk from LakeCalhoun.
